  While the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and the amenities are all very nice, there were a couple big problems. The walls and doors and ceiling's are extremely thin... you could hear everything from the hallways, next-door, and especially above us. We could hear the voices, televisions, and the scraping of the chairs on the floor and everything. It was awful. The sound from the highway is also very loud. The breakfast was average for a hotel. I was very excited about this hotel, but travelling with three children and having problems like this isn't the best.

  EDIT: the hotel staff heard our complaints and upgraded us for the remainder of our stay with no extra charge. We are extremely happy with their superior customer service. This alone makes me want to come back. Thanks for everything.
